A remarkable blend of Darjeeling and Yunnan teas. Refined and delicate, both fruity and powerful.
Ever since colonial times, the English have created tea blends, (Darjeeling, Assam, Ceylon etc), using varying proportions depending on the time of day: teas with more body in the morning and lighter ones in the afternoon. In line with this tradition Le Palais des Thés has created blends whose balance is geared to different moments of the day.
To prepare hot tea:
Steep 6g (0.2oz) in 30cl of filtered water at 90°C (195°F) for 4min.
This black tea is particularly delicious with a dash of milk.
