Pu Erh Shu is a type of tea that undergoes accelerated, assisted fermentation. The dried leaves are spread out in a
thick layer, sprinkled with water, then covered with canvas in a warm, humid room. It is harvested from Da Ye tea
plants at an altitude of almost 1,800 metres on mount Rangsai.
A smooth, sweet Grand Cru unfurling woody, earthy and animal notes with hints of vanilla and licorice.
