A Grand Cru with vegetal, floral, buttery and marine fragrances.
This Grand Cru is made in Takaoka, on the island of Kyushu. It is produced using Japan's most famous cultivar, Yabukita. It is a sencha Ichibancha, which means that it is a tea made from the first harvest of the year.
A stylish Shincha which reveals vegetal, floral, buttery and marine fragrances against a highly round texture.
In order to bring out all the aromatic complexity of this tea, we recommend multiple infusions with a Kyusu or a Shiboridashi. It is also delicious as an iced tea (infusion with ice cubes).
This tea is grown organically and certified by Ecocert, an accredited independent certification body.
