BLACK TEA

WHITE TEA

White teas, traditionally produced in the Chinese province of Fujian, undergo the least elaborate processing, though the method used is the most delicate.Harvesting (one bud and the adjacent leaves) takes place at the moment when the bud is ready to open.The tea leaves remain in their natural state and undergo just two processes, withering and drying. PU ERH

Pu Erhs are the best known dark teas, which owe their name to the dark brown colour of the infusion.They are fermented black teas.Famous for their beneficial qualities, they aid digestion and help detox the body, making them an excellent choice for after a meal.Mainly produced in the Chinese province of Yunnan using a tea variety unique to the region, this tea improves with age. ROOIBOS
